We ran into a business problem…
If the goal of a business is to attract customers, sell to customers and deliver to customers…
Then how do the four common business areas of marketing, sales, advertising, and fulfilling fit together?
I gave you how I thought of them - like this…
But as I was working on “systems” in business, a strange thing happened.
In the systems for advertising, sales, and fulfilling - I kept having to fill in “[BLANKS]” in templates.
- How to [BLANK] without [BLANK].
- When to [BLANK] when you are suffering from [BLANK].
- This [BLANK] will help you [BLANK].
I kept having to make up these damn [BLANKS] as best I could!
Until I started to see a pattern π‘
Across Advertising, Sales, and Fulfillment systems... There were common [BLANKS] that kept appearing!
- [WHO]
- [PROBLEM]
- [SOLUTION]
- [PRODUCT]
- [OFFER]
And if I had a way of consistently having these common [BLANKS] ready at hand, then I could have a POWERFUL, CONSISTENT message across my ads, sales funnels and fulfillment systems.
Do you know the process of finding out what those 5 common blanks is?
….
….
….
Yep. π₯ Marketing π₯
Wait… What?
So… What is Marketing?
Marketing is the identification of these common factors in a business so that they can be consistently deployed across advertising, sales, and fulfillment.
Leave marketing out, and you will get inconsistent messaging, which triggers all sorts of caution and fear in your people WHO WOULD HAVE OTHERWISE BOUGHT.
What does it look like in a picture?
π Save thisπ
Marketing is the work done BEFORE a product is built, sales scripts generated or a single ad is made.
Get “Marketing” on point, and you have a MASSIVE UNFAIR advantage over the rest of your competition who don’t.
If you want some help with the systems that build the marketing [BLANKS] so you can have more leads, more sales, and happier customers - then let’s meet.
