System Structure.

Okay, welcome to this our third step in the journey that we've been taking over the last couple of days, if you go back, and we began with the problem that you may be facing that your business is chaotic, and it's causing all sorts of havoc for you as a business owner, but also in your family life and money game, through to the possibility that you actually get your business working consistently that your team executes consistently, and you notice that your results become consistent.

The insight that you hopefully have gained from this, if you haven't been through those, I'll give you the hint.

systems create results.

And then we went through the first step, which was to establish where you are.

And then yesterday, I gave you this idea of minimum viable systems, like what's the smallest number of systems that you need in your business to be working.

And if you had those working, then you would have a business that is operational, that's profitable.

So that was simplified.

To establish, simplify, we're joining in today with the third step.

I mean, I'm excited about this one system structure, like how are you going to structure a system to actually build them? And this, this is a challenge like this, if you've read emails, if you've read work the system, if you've read clockwork, if you've read a bunch of books, it's like, okay, wow, these guys clearly getting it, but it's like, okay, how do I do this? And I want to suggest to you that the first thing that you want is to know what the results of that system are, like, what is the result that you're going for? If you don't have a result, then how are you going to build a system that gives you something that's unknown? So first of all, you need to define what is the result of that system.

Next up, I'm going to suggest that your rough draft, the way to get that like how what would have to happen in order for you to create that result.

And even if it's not perfect, doesn't really matter.

Because you're going to move to the next step and find out whether it actually works.

And you do that by running it.

So you've got the results, your rough draft out, you run the system and you see what comes out like did you get the result that it was meant to do? Remember, systems exist to give a particular result, and either it will give it or it won't, perhaps if you're running a nuclear power plant or something where there are many interacting systems all at the same time, it's called a complex system.

And then you will not get this.

But most of the time, you're in business, you're not running complex systems like this.

They're relatively simple.

There's a result that you want, the video got done, the video got edited, all sorts of things like it's just like, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, these checklists, steps and outcomes, the results.

So in review, so far, we've got what is the result? The rough draft, you run it, and now refine, actually go through and make it better? Did you get the result? If not, what has to change? And if you didn't get the result, then how can you improve and how can you make this system better? Alright, that's all I got for you today.
