Stop recreating the same work over and over.
So I'm building a funnel for a buddy of mine; we are doing a live workshop in Maui.
It's called Bhaktiatsu live on Maui.
And there are only eight spots for those taken right now or two more likely to confirm.
So there are like two spots left.
And one of the things that when that happens is that I want to capture anyone who hits that page, but there are no spots left; what do we need? Well, we need some kind of sold-out page.
And I was going through my template folder like I got a folder with all of the templates that I use.
And there were no sold-out templates like a man. I'm sure I have done this work.
And so I put it into trusty search and outcomes, a sold-out opt, a sold-out thank you, and a sold-out email, but I created them off other templates and not saved them.
And I was like, okay, all right.
Good news.
This is good news that I've got these templates.
But what I want to do is use them again for this new situation.
And a moment of decision was they're saying, you know, what, if I'm going to use these once, I want to have them in the template library.
So I can use them again.
And again.
And again.
Now it took a little bit more work.
Why will? Because when I created them the first time, all of the content for that specific usage was still filled in there.
So I had to go through and replace it with blank since, like, you know, this blank is sold out. If you want to join blank when it becomes available next, then fill this in.
And so I replaced all of what had been there with the blanks and moved those three documents to the templates library.
Now, this in itself is useful.
Why? Well, it's a single location of all the possible templates you can use.
Now, can you go nuts with this? Yes, you can.
There's no doubt about that.
And yet, there is a specific advantage of being able to go to that folder, look through and go.
Yep, this work has already been done.
Now, this is an excellent location for anything that you've bought before, any templates style kind of products, and you're like, you know what, I'll buy these templates, somebody has already done the work, you bought the templates, and then they never make it into your business.
Why is that? Well, presumably, you left them in the email, you left them on their website, even if they made it down from those places onto your computer, perhaps it was on your desktop or in a folder somewhere, it was in an Evernote, it was anywhere could be anywhere.
And when it's anywhere, now you're relying on search.
And I don't know whether you've had this experience, but the search can be very frustrating.
And two specific occasions.
One is you type in a search term, and nothing comes up.
And you type in the search term, and a whole lot of stuff comes up.

I'm like, Man, I thought the search term was pretty good.
And yet, both of those experiences I've had, I don't know whether you've had them have you like where you type in the search, and I click on this should be there.
And by having a template library, you avoid that you can search just in that library and go okay, yep, that's the work that's been done before.
And I can just copy it, and it's ready to go.
You don't have to keep recreating the same content over and over.
It just copies the template and goes. This speeds things up.
This decreases frustration.
This means your team is more productive.
This means that you're editing instead of creating, which typically is a lot easier.
So what I'd encourage you to do is to set up these template folders.
I have a couple I have for marketing.
I have one for sales.
I have one for advertising. I have one for fulfilment.
I have one for optics, one for people, and one for accounting, taxes, legal and cash.
Now the ones at the top for marketing, sales, advertising and fulfilment have way more templates than the rest, but people will have a bunch because that's all you're hiring.
You're training, your onboarding, you're firing all of that stuff goes, and people but the other ones are still useful to have.
They might have five or six compared to. I think my sales ones up to 271 different templates like just various things in sales.
that is useful to have that I can copy and go; alright that's all I got for you today if you want some help setting up the organisation for your business so that it can run on systems head over systemio.dev.
Thanks for tuning in today.
Look forward to seeing another episode as we continue this journey into power systems create results.
See you then.
