Knowledge isn't enough.

What do I mean by this? Well, if you go to Amazon and buy books, and those books arrive and you read the books, then you have the knowledge, you have acquired knowledge, you have looked and learned from somebody else's experience and said, Hey, this is valuable.

Or perhaps you said, Hey, this is a total waste of time.

But let's say that you said it was valuable.

Like, okay, I want to bring this into my life.

But if it just stays as that just with this desire to bring it in, and yes, you might know when having the knowledge from the book.

But if that is all that happens, then nothing in your life will change.

This is a problem, this is a significant problem because you can delude yourself that, hey, that didn't work.

That knowledge was now of no value.

But the problem was not the knowledge.

Presumably, whoever wrote the book knew what they were talking about, they had had success with it.

But your inability to translate that to your business and to your life meant that it did not have the same results that I've got for the author, this falls to you.

And you might wonder, what do I do about this? Do I buy another book? Do I reread the book? Do I take notes on the book, you see, all of those things still leave you in the same position, which is you have the knowledge, but you have no results, what you're actually looking for is a way to translate that knowledge into getting the same results that the author was getting, and they're going to lease this out for you, they're going to provide all of the action steps all of the frameworks that are needed in order to create those results.

They're just like a recipe.

Yesterday, we talked about the South Indian vegetarian curry, and how following that recipe led to a pretty close approximation of that current books on business books, on marketing, books, on sales, books, on customer experience, all of these contain the essences of knowledge that you need, but just reading them is not enough.

You must translate them into usable actions for your business.

And not just once you see in business, most of the time, you're going to be operating systematically, you're going to be doing the same things over and over and over.

So your critical skill is to have a system that creates a way to translate that knowledge into actions.

Now, this translation of knowledge to actions could also be called a system.

So really what you need is a system that creates systems.

This is very tricky if you don't know how to do systems in the first place.

But once you get that you're like, oh, okay, cool, I understand how to build out a series of actions that my team can follow that your team can follow and have the desired results appear, just as the author did.

Is that the coolest thing for like 20 bucks, 30 bucks, you can download, and an experience of 510 1520 years of work that author has been through all of the difficulties and errors, and pull through a finished system of how to go from one stage to another and actually get the results that you want, how to do the first thing, do the second thing, do the third thing, do the fourth thing, do however many things there are in order to actually create those defined results.

And what you really need is an ability to take that knowledge and make it into systems.

Once you've got that then you can run the system or your teams can run the system.

And you will get the results or very similar results to the author which is presumably why you bought that book in the first place.

Or at least the books that you bought and said hey, this is valuable.

Someone knows some things here someone's fought hard in some kind of battlefield of life to learn these and they are passing these on and sharing with them.

And so many times that information that knowledge does nothing for anybody else why because that does not get applied into their life.

Alright, I hope you are getting some insights from this that books and knowledge are not enough seminars and knowledge are not enough workshops and knowledge and not enough you must translate it into your business in order to have those results show up for you.
