Is it a marketing problem? A sales problem or an ad problem? Welcome to today's episode.

My name is Tom Rolley.

Versus Mayo doctor of helping business owners build systems so they can have more time and make more money in their lives.

I was on a call this morning with a buddy of mine who's struggling a little bit in business and just hasn't been making enough sales.

And I went into diagnostic mode as the doctor, I'm pretty used to diagnose people.

And it was an interesting experience.

Because what I found, what we found is we were interviewing was hate there are not enough sales, but what was going on? What was going on was very interesting.

As we went backwards from saying, well, we'll Are you making enough money per sale is like, no, no, no, I make plenty of money per sale, average dollar sale around $2,000.

I was like, Okay, well, that's not the problem.

Okay, well, what about your conversion rate on your webinar? It's like, no, no, not man making 15 to 30% conversion rate.

I'm like, Okay, well, that's, that's not the problem.

So even though it looked like a cash problem, the product price and the conversion were both fine.

It was like, well, well, how many people are showing up? is like, will not? Like why not? Well, not doing any webinars? Okay.

Okay.

If you were doing webinars, do people normally show up? And they're like, Yeah, people normally show up.

And so Okay, great.

So yeah, it's not a sales problem.

It's not a sales problem.

And it's not actually a lead problem.

It was like, Okay, you just need to get more of what you're already doing.

And that's what he's like, Yeah, I know.

I know.

That's what's going on.

What's really going on? He's like, Well, I just refuse to do the work that's required to get that to happen.

So I'm Okay.

Okay, well, there's a choice here, you can either continue to suffer from low sales, or you can do the work required.

And it's like, yeah, no.

And then interesting questions like, Well, how do I become that? It's like, Well, one way is to have the house burning on fire so much that if you stay, you will die.

And that's the situation He finds himself in.

So okay, well, let's start doing the work and finding out what's going on.

This wasn't an ad problem.

This wasn't a sales problem.

This wasn't a marketing problem.

This was a mindset problem, a choice to say, You know what, I'm going to expect results when I won't do the work.

And then if you want to change that up, it was pretty easy.

It's like to start doing the work, start putting people into a webinar that converts at a high dollar sale, and get the results.

We'll see what happens is very curious and very interested to see what happens.

But at the end of the day, that comes down to Hey, what choices are you making in your life, because the results that you're getting are not by chance they are a result of the systems that you're executing, or in this case, choosing not to Alright, that's all I got for you.
