Doing the right work makes everything easier.

But down here at the beach, just having a walk, settling in for the evening, behind me, you might see the occasional flash of the Byron lighthouse, the moon is coming up, it's currently behind clouds out there somewhere.

But we're heading into a full moon pretty soon.

So I really liked that time, like the number of likes coming through the nighttime makes it a little bit to sleep, difficult to sleep.

But overall, it's a powerful time, like increased energy increase work.

So the topic of today's episode is that doing the right work makes a massive difference.

I'm going through this right now.

So we're going to continue the idea that marketing is about who you were serving, what problems you're solving, and how you sold that for those people.

But then the application of that is critical, like just having those things written down helps.

But really, you don't get any results from just having written these down, they must be applied.

And applying them is a lot of work, I get a lot of work.

So last week, I was like, Alright, I'm going to build a new webinar.

But I found that all of my templates and even using software that helps build webinars that helps build opt-in pages and sales pages, was still extremely difficult.

And what I found was that just filling in random, gave random results that just work, it was really slow.

It was going to have mixed messaging.

And I stopped.

And I was like, You know what this isn't working, this isn't giving me the results that I want.

And so as you know, systems create results.

So I was like, hang on, these aren't the results that work that I want.

So I'm going to change the system.

And I looked at the system, and I looked at the processes and these were both find a problem lay in the templates, the templates were largely blank, were inconsistent, or did not have any of the variables.

And so I said, You know what this is where the work is, this is the right work to work on.

Because when I get this dialed in, I can build webinars fast.

And yes, it's a lot of work to go through and identify every variable in every page in every video in every ad in every blog post that promotes and runs a webinar.

But once that work is done, then it is significantly easier to go ahead and just create those variables.

And essentially just Find and Replace, Find and Replace, and suddenly everything is consistent.

So yes, it's a lot of work, but it's the right work to do.

And when that work is done, I can take the marketing and apply it to my sales, I can take the marketing and apply it to the ads and take that marketing and apply it to fulfillment.

Fast, consistently.

I don't think anyone's done this work before.

It is difficult, it is painful.

It is really quite challenging.

Like not only have you got to understand systems, but you also have to understand copywriting.

You got to understand funnel structure.

You got to understand offers, you got to understand avatars, you got to understand problems for these pain and steps and all of these things to come together.

But once this work is done, everyone after that doesn't really need to know that much.

They just need to know how to fill in those variables.

I'm excited about this one.
