Don’t try automating without proving it manually first...
The lure of automation in business is very high.
Suddenly you don’t need to remember or manage tasks… They just happen “automagically”.
You may not immediately consider it to be a form of automation but the software is just like this.
I’m building my first software now - based on the systems required for marketing - “Who” you are selling to, “What” their problems and desired results are, AND “How” you will make your offer.
And then taking that information and deploying it to complete Ad, Sales, and Fulfilment systems.
I can do this because I KNOW each of these systems works.
I have proven them manually multiple times… And from there building the software has been relatively easy.
The feedback I get from my devs is that unfortunately, this is not common.
Many people show up with an idea only, no documentation of the process, and the software dev experience turns into a giant expensive mess.
The SAME experience happens when many businesses move to automation BEFORE having proven a system works.
The documentation of the system is poor, it has not been tested, and jumping into automation of this?
Once again - it does not work, or it is a NIGHTMARE to try and fix.
The lesson: Prove your Systems work Manually BEFORE you Automate.
It may seem slower in the beginning but it is FAR faster in the long run.
With that said, if you are looking to deploy your next webinar funnel and you want to run through the systems required to produce:
- Your advertising materials
- Your webinar funnel emails, pages, and videos
- Your webinar reminder emails
- Your closing emails
- Your replay and objection pages
- Your retargeting ads
- AS WELL AS… your actual webinar…
Then simply reply back “Webinar” to this email, and we’ll set up a time to see what working together looks like.
To your success,
Tom
